Job Title: Sr. Manger of Catering

Reports To: AM & PM Operations Director
Job Summary
The Sr. Manager Catering is responsible for driving operational excellence and improving customer experience through catering strategies and implementation for the restaurant. This role will ensure best-in-class service, operational efficiency, and team development to create an outstanding experience for guests and team members alike. Reporting directly to the Operations Director(s) this person will own all aspects of the catering and delivery systems while maintaining high standards in accordance with Chick-fil-A’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day practices and implementation of catering & delivery systems and operations accordance with the S&B strategy.
- Identify, implement and communicate process improvements to across catering and restaurant operations.
- Maintain and improve operational training systems that support quality control, safety, and compliance with Chick-fil-A standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as catering & delivery sales channels and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate consistently with kitchen to ensure supply & stock for every order.
Customer Experience & Service Quality
- Own all area of the catering & delivery experience including: in store, phone, EZ Cater, and online orders.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the guest experience and grow catering.
- Ensure hospitality standards are consistently met or exceeded by training and coaching catering team.
- Enhance the restaurant environment to create an inviting and enjoyable catering experience.
Team Leadership & Development
- Communicate consistently Operations Director to ensure daily operations, preparations and standards are met.
- Inspire and lead a culture of teamwork, accountability, communication and consistency in daily operations and with the catering team.
- Provide coaching and performance evaluations to drive team growth and success.
Financial & Business Management
- Collaborate with Operations leadership about daily orders to maintain optimal staffing levels at all times.
- Analyze labor & CEM metrics for success.
- Ensure adherence to all Chick-fil-A policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and hospitality excellence.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of professionalism and ability to perform under pressure.
