  • Analyze marketplace performance data (traffic, conversion, pricing, ads, sales) to identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with Product, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to align assortment and inventory
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Finance to support P&L management and business planning
  • Establish and track KPIs (revenue, conversion, Buybox management, margin, pricing competitiveness) and continuously optimize performance
  • Support adoption of best practices and tools across marketplace operations, including pricing and performance tracking
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements across marketplace execution, workflows, and analytics

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong hands-on marketplace experience with platforms
  • Deep understanding of digital commerce levers, including content, conversion optimization, and merchandising
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights across marketplace performance
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations
  • High degree of business acumen with comfort managing revenue and margin trade-offs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proven experience owning or managing marketplace channels
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, conversion, and performance metrics in digital commerce environments

What's Needed - Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field OR equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, digital commerce, or related roles
  • 2+ years of leadership or team management experience

  • Background in retail, consumer goods, marketplaces, or high-SKU environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms
