We span the entire MMM lifecycle: from data and EDA through model build, QA, results delivery, and optimizations. We are a small, focused team of deep MMM experts who build the AI-powered tools, systems, and processes that let our expertise scale at the pace clients and the industry demand.We partner closely with Data Science, our client-facing analytics team, and the Product team — serving as the connective tissue that turns modeling capability into client decisions and best-in-class tooling.The Senior Manager, MMM is a senior leader and hands-on contributor who brings deep MMM expertise to how we deliver, what we build, and how we work. This role is not about running models — it's about applying deep MMM expertise to govern quality, design better processes, build tools that codify best practices, and ensure clients receive clear, confident insights that drive real decisions.You will own delivery quality, build AI-powered tools and automations, and serve as the expert the team and clients rely on when questions get hard. If you want to be a force multiplier for a high-performing measurement team — and believe great expertise and great systems are not mutually exclusive — this role is for you.What You'll Own:MMM Delivery Quality & StandardsOwn delivery quality and consistency across MMM implementations, refits, and testing integrations — not by doing the modeling, but by governing what good looks likeEstablish and maintain MMM standards: prior frameworks, QA criteria, spec design, expectation documentation, and diagnostic interpretationPressure-test model outputs against real-world marketing context before they reach clientsLead the integration of incrementality testing and experiment learnings into MMM frameworksPartner closely with Data Science on model design and interpretation — the bridge between technical execution and deliveryClient Delivery & ActivationTranslate complex MMM outputs into clear, actionable guidance that drives real investment decisions — faster, more consistently, and with fewer surprisesLead client-facing conversations on results, model confidence, and investment implications with authority and clarityEnsure clients understand what the model shows, what it doesn't, and how to act on it confidently — reducing the gap between insight and actionReduce time to insight — the work this role enables means clients don't wait as long, and what they receive is clearer and more decision-readyCoach the client-facing analytics team on how to deliver MMM results and navigate complex client questions independentlyRaise the bar on delivery quality across every engagementAI Tools, Process Builds & Product PartnershipActively build AI-powered tools, automations, and process improvements that reduce manual work and scale delivery across the GTM teamOwn a tooling agenda: identify what needs to be built, sequence it, and drive it from POC through full releasePartner with the Product team to surface delivery-side needs, influence the product roadmap, and co-create best-in-class MMM solutions at scaleContribute to shared GTM tools including priors automation, model confidence tooling, break-fix diagnostics, and results delivery standardizationUse Claude, Posit, and approved AI environments to build and ship solutionsCross-Functional PartnershipServe as the primary bridge between Data Science, the client-facing analytics team, and the GTM team — aligning on objectives, clearing blockers, and driving delivery forwardPartner with client delivery and project management on workflows and handoff processesContribute to quarterly GTM prioritization planning — bringing delivery signals and tooling needs to the tableFlag process or tooling needs that require involvement from the Product team or data infrastructure teamWhat We're Looking For:Must Have6+ years in marketing analytics, marketing science, or a related measurement field3+ years working directly with MMM — strong enough to evaluate model quality, interpret diagnostics, and hold teams accountable to standardsStrong working knowledge of MMM methodology: priors, lag structures, diminishing returns, calibration, QATrack record of leading client-facing delivery and navigating complex or sensitive conversations confidentlyExperience building or codifying processes, standards, playbooks, or QA frameworksClear, confident communicator — translates technical outputs into business decisions for non-technical audiencesStrong PlusExperience building AI-powered tools, automations, or analytical workflowsFamiliarity with incrementality testing and its integration into MMMHands-on experience with Bayesian MMM frameworks (e.g., Stan, PyMC, or comparable)Familiarity with Bayesian prior specification and posterior interpretationComfort working in Posit, Python, R, or comparable environmentsExperience in an agency or consulting environment managing multiple client engagements simultaneouslyPay TransparencyAtOvative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits.
