What Drives Success:We are seeking a Sr. Manager Market Pricing to provide functional leadership and strategic oversight for market pricing across our distributor network. This role is responsible for the design, governance, and execution of pricing strategies that drive profitability, market competitiveness, and long-term growth.
The Sr. Manager Market Pricing will own distributor pricing structures, lead pricing strategy for new product introductions, manage price increase planning and execution, and ensure robust price tracking and reporting. This position partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Leadership, and serves as the primary pricing authority for the business.
This role is ideal for a pricing leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution, governance, and cross-functional influence.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $129,000 - $169,050 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
