SUMMARY
The Insights Analytics Senior Manager is a strategic leader responsible for translating data into clear, actionable guidance for Kids2. This role owns consumer and marketplace analytics for the Insights team, providing day‑to‑day support for high‑impact business decisions and leading a team that delivers agile, thought‑provoking recommendations grounded in robust insights. The Senior Manager partners closely with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership to shape strategies that expand Kids2's presence across key categories, brands, and retail channels. This role also develops and evolves analytics tools and dashboards that democratize data across the organization and champions fact‑based decision‑making that reflects the voice of the shopper, consumer, and retailer.
