Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager within our Interventional Spine (IVS) business. This individual will be responsible for driving the annual marketing strategy from development through execution while also leading new product launches. The role requires building strong relationships with customers and collaborating closely with the sales team to deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership ability, product management skills, demonstrate strategic thinking, and effectively manage multiple direct reports of which some may have direct reports of their own. Success in this position requires comfort in a fast-paced, competitive environment and the ability to balance multiple priorities with excellence. In this role, you will be required to travel up to 30% with some months being heavier than others based on tradeshow activity and customer needs.
This is a hybrid/on-site role with flexibility to WFH twice a week and relocation assistance is available for candidates not already based in the Kalamazoo, MI
area.
