About the Role
The Senior Manager, Distribution & Warehouse Operations will lead Precor’s U.S. West Coast distribution network, overseeing receiving, warehousing, shipping, inventory management, and spare parts logistics. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, leading warehouse transformation initiatives, and scaling distribution capabilities to support continued business growth.
This position will play a key role in implementing a new warehouse operation, including WMS modernization, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. The role will also develop high-performing teams and establish scalable operational processes across the distribution network.

Pay Range: $160,000 to $180,000
The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
