Sr Manager, Direct Sales Marketing

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Sr. Manager, Direct Sales Marketing to lead marketing initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and growth across our direct sales network, practitioners, and health coaches. The ideal candidate understands the unique dynamics of the direct selling industry and knows how to create modern marketing programs that inspire independent distributors, elevate brand storytelling, and drive business performance. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building integrated marketing campaigns, and understands how to translate business priorities into compelling field-facing marketing programs.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting product launches, promotions, seasonal initiatives, and distributor engagement
• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and commercialization of products and programs
• Create field-facing marketing toolkits, messaging, assets, and enablement materials that support distributor success
• Collaborate with creative teams on content strategy across digital, social, email, video, and community channels
• Drive social-first marketing initiatives designed to increase engagement, sharing, and brand advocacy within the distributor network
• Analyze campaign performance, field feedback, and engagement metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and improve results
• Identify emerging trends within direct sales, social commerce, influencer marketing, and community-driven brand engagement
• Support event marketing initiatives, including conferences, incentive trips, trainings, and field meetings
• Help shape messaging and marketing approaches that appeal to younger audiences and modern entrepreneurs
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all field marketing communications and campaigns

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, field marketing, or product marketing within direct sales, network marketing, or social selling
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• Proven experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and social channels
• Strong understanding of direct sales/distributor business models and field engagement strategies
• Experience partnering with creative teams to develop compelling campaigns, content, and storytelling
• Demonstrated success managing product launches and go-to-market commercialization strategies
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, community marketing, and content engagement best practices
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
