    Job Description:

    Disney Experiences Intelligence (DXi) influences data‑driven and consumer‑centric decision making with integrated, objective, and actionable insights across Disney Experiences. As a Senior Manager, Digital Analytics, you will join a fast‑paced team responsible for delivering analytics and measurement that support digital and sales performance, including Cast‑facing incentive programs (i.e., SUCCESS). This includes developing insights across Walt Disney World Resort to identify performance drivers, surface risks and opportunities, and inform decision making and business outcomes.

    The role reports to the Director, Analytics and is based in Celebration, FL.

    You Will / Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of analytical professionals partnering closely with multiple business and technology groups

    • Manage prioritization for direct reports and adjust effectively to changing business priorities

    • Understand business objectives and lead deep dive analyses of user behavior across digital ecosystems

    • Lead creation of digital tracking strategies and partner with engineers on technical delivery of digital tracking solutions as part of the software development life cycle

    • Act as subject matter expert of Adobe Analytics implementation strategy and best practices

    • Support business partners through regular reporting as well as ad-hoc analyses, leveraging digital analytics toolsets and cloud data environments

    • Interpret and report performance as part of a holistic business story, inclusive of observations, key insights, and recommendations

    • Develop relationships with partner analytics teams to enable holistic storytelling

    • Create compelling presentations to highlight analysis and tell the story

    • Act as program champion for the SUCCESS Cast sales incentive plan

    • Support SUCCESS plan execution, including incentive measurement, and payout analysis

    • Monitor incentive results and trends; identify risks and opportunities to improve performance

    You Will Have / Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 7+ years of analytical experience

    • Demonstrated leadership across direct and indirect reporting relationships

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to derive actionable insights and translate findings into recommendations

    • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business, product, and technology partners

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting insights to senior leaders

    • 4+ years of digital analytics tool experience (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)  

    • Strong expertise defining digital analytics tracking requirements and coordinating technical delivery with engineering teams

    • Ability to lead analytical work from ideation to completion and function effectively in an environment of ambiguity

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Travel, hospitality, or destination-based business experience

    • Strong influencing and collaboration skills

    • Ability to quickly synthesize complex business contexts and establish credibility with partners

    • Experience leveraging advanced SQL to analyze large, multi-source datasets

    • Experience with business intelligence tools 

    • Understanding of the growing role of AI in the analytics space and experience with adopting new capabilities

    • Digital analytics tracking experience with both website and mobile app implementations

    Required Education:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience


    Preferred Education:

    Master’s degree in related area

    The hiring range for this position in Celebration, FL is $163,400.00 to $219,100.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
