Pay Rate Range: $65 - $70.19/hr. on W2
Role Summary:
  • The Senior Manager, Customer Marketing is both a team leader and program driver.
  • This role manages a team of marketing managers while personally leading integrated campaigns and programs.
  • They balance executional excellence with people management, ensuring their team is delivering high-quality, customer-first work.
  • This role focuses on ****'s Creators audience, with a product focus on mobile applications (Premier, Lightroom, Photoshop) and **** Firefly.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and coach a team of marketing contractors (2 ICs), overseeing projects and cross-functional alignment
  • Own major integrated marketing initiatives, from planning through execution and measurement.
  • Provide strategic input to campaign briefs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer insights.
  • Partner with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, and regional teams to deliver work at scale.
  • Ensure operational rigor across budgets, timelines, and resourcing.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creativity within the team.

Skills:
  • 7 10 years of experience in marketing management, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex marketing initiatives and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles across brand, digital, social, media, and content.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills; able to drive alignment across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect insights to action.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with executive presence.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
