The Senior Manager, Customer Marketing is both a team leader and program driver.
This role manages a team of marketing managers while personally leading integrated campaigns and programs.
They balance executional excellence with people management, ensuring their team is delivering high-quality, customer-first work.
This role focuses on ****'s Creators audience, with a product focus on mobile applications (Premier, Lightroom, Photoshop) and **** Firefly.
What You'll Do:
Lead and coach a team of marketing contractors (2 ICs), overseeing projects and cross-functional alignment
Own major integrated marketing initiatives, from planning through execution and measurement.
Provide strategic input to campaign briefs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer insights.
Partner with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, and regional teams to deliver work at scale.
Ensure operational rigor across budgets, timelines, and resourcing.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creativity within the team.

Skills:
7 10 years of experience in marketing management, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles.

Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles across brand, digital, social, media, and content.
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills; able to drive alignment across multiple teams and priorities.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect insights to action.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with executive presence.
