Sr. Manager, Corrective Action Program & Continuous Improvement - Drive Enterprise Quality & Operational Excellence
Join Day & Zimmermann as the Sr. Manager, Corrective Action Program & Continuous Improvement and lead enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance quality, performance, and operational excellence across complex EPC and construction projects. In this role, you will build and sustain a strong quality culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards while implementing scalable corrective action programs. You'll leverage expertise in NQA-1, ISO 9001, and related frameworks to deliver measurable improvements across highly regulated environments, including nuclear, energy, and large-scale infrastructure.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $136,480 - $204,720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
