The Senior Manager, Corporate Development will support the M&A team to execute inorganic initiatives across IDEX's global portfolio of companies. This role manages and supports key phases of mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and divestitures, including transaction strategy structuring, valuation, due diligence, and contract negotiations.Key Responsibilities Manage a complex diligence process to assess financial, operational, and strategic viability for the Company and its business units.Develop and maintain preliminary financial forecasts for transactions.Identify comparable companies (comps) to support valuation and complete discounted cash flow (DCF) and sensitivity analyses.Maintain financial models and negotiate NDAs on sell‑side engagements.Manage dataroom activities: create diligence workbooks, conduct internet research on market segments, competitors, and macro‑micro developments, and maintain diligence tracker tools.Prepare diligence agendas, drive functional diligence calls, and manage dataroom engagement.Drive deal execution for smaller buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.Prepare M&A funnel documents and build relationships with potential targets.Maintain the IDEX M&A database and collaborate with business unit leaders, corporate functional teams, and senior IDEX leaders.Education and Experience J.D. or bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.Preferred background in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or an industrial sector.3‑5 years of relevant experience.Proficiency with Capital IQ, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SEC filings, and equity research.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to work effectively with various levels of management.Ability to make logical recommendations based on ambiguous data.High energy, curiosity, and a strong project management skill set.Critical thinking, comfort working in a high‑performing team, and analytical detail orientation.Benefits Competitive salary range: $139,900.00 – $209,900.00.Eligibility for a performance‑based bonus plan.Comprehensive U.S. benefits: health benefits, 401(k) retirement savings program with company match, PTO, and more.Equal Opportunity Employer IDENT is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
