Workplace Type: Hybrid The Senior Manager, Channel Strategy & Growth is a high-impact strategy and execution partner responsible for translating Pizza Huts omnichannel strategy into practical, actionable frameworks that drive growth across channels.This role will initially focus on marketplace (3P) channels and channel economics, helping strengthen one of the largest growth areas of the business, while progressively expanding into broader owned (1P) channel strategy as the function evolves.The role is designed to create immediate leverage against priority business needs, while building toward a broader end-to-end channel strategy capability.Qualifications: You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.10-12+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplaces (3P), digital strategy, or related fields (QSR preferred) Demonstrated ability to operate independently in complex, ambiguous environments Proven track record of solving highly complex, cross-functional business problems Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions Deep commercial acumen (conversion, AOV, channel economics, profitability) Experience shaping long-term strategy and enterprise-level frameworks Ability to move from ambiguity structure enterprise impact Salary Range: $142,500 to $150,840 annually + bonus eligibility.
