POSITION PURPOSE:
The Capital Sourcing Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end procurement process for all restaurant developments, including General Contractor (GC) bidding, furniture, fixtures, and kitchen equipment (FF&E). This role oversees the full Request for Proposal (RFP) lifecycle, negotiates construction and vendor contracts, and manages CapEx budgets. By implementing structured performance reviews, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) financial modeling, and strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), this leader ensures cost efficiency and operational reliability across all development partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

License/Certifications:
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and able to travel for:
Vendor meetings at their facilities - vendor shows
Pre/post construction walk throughs
Travel with facilities and broker facilities when necessary!
Review and assess restaurant products, samples, and observe live product demonstrations
CPSM, CPP, or equivalent procurement certification a plus.

The pay range identified is the hourly or salary rate El Pollo Loco expects to pay for the posted position. This range does not include any benefits or bonus opportunities that might be available for the position based on position and eligibility criteria.
