    Would you like to be part of a new team chartered to build the next generation data & analytics platform supporting Customer Analytics? As part of Schwab''s Client Analytics Technology (CAT) team, you will manage the digital analytics infrastructure and contribute to the development and deployment of web and mobile tags that are instrumental in capturing web and mobile users'' data and used to inform critical business decisions and elevating our clients'' experiences.

    The Sr Manager, Adobe Analytics Engineer (Individual Contributor) will collaborate with product, web and mobile development, and data engineering & analytics teams to configure tracking events, rules, and tag data layers using Tealium iQ and Adobe Analytics, validate and troubleshoot digital analytics data across environments, support data analysts and data scientists, maintain documentation and ensure compliance with published policies and standards, while mentoring junior team members and supporting their technical and professional growth.

    To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have:

    Required Qualifications:

    • 8+ years hands-on management and administration of complex Adobe Analytics implementations
    • 8+ years debugging web & mobile tag data collection and configuration
    • 5+ years building dashboards and data warehouse extracts in Adobe Analytics
    • 5+ years in Tag implementation and validation using a tag manager such as Tealium iQ, Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, etc.
    • 3+ years building and managing a tagging data layer
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly convey complex ideas, deliver feedback, and influence teams across organizational boundaries
    • Ability to define and solve complex problems with ambiguous or incomplete data in distributed systems
    • Demonstrated ability to lead medium/large projects, coordinating activities of other personnel and delegating work appropriately to ensure delivery on-time, as promised
    • Commitment to quality-driving high standards including writing and executing tests at all levels
    • Demonstrated mindset of continuous improvement and learning

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field
    • Experience with data quality and data governance frameworks
    • Experience with consent management and GDPR & CCPA
    • Experience with A/B testing
    • Hands-on experience using Adobe APIs
    • Knowledge and experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau
    • JavaScript, SQL, & Server-side tagging

    In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
