Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr Accounting and Finance Manager to support accounting operations, financial reporting, and consolidation activities for a global business. This is a highly visible role working directly with the Controller and CFO, with responsibilities that span daily accounting oversight, month end close, audit support, and ERP related initiatives.
This role is initially a 90 day engagement with a strong likelihood of extension and potential for conversion into a full time manager position, depending on performance and organizational needs. The ideal candidate will be able to step in immediately, manage complex reporting processes, and operate seamlessly within a large system environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP AR general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Develop and implement accounting policies and maintain internal controls
• Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements under US GAAP
• Lead month end and quarter end close processes including subsidiary eliminations and consolidation activities
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support tax audit preparation
• Manage financial reporting calendars schedules and deliverables
• Review and approve account reconciliations and quality control checks
• Assist in budgeting forecasting and strategic planning activities
• Support and lead ERP related initiatives including upgrades and implementations
• Oversee procurement and vendor contract processes as assigned
• Drive cross functional collaboration with finance accounting and business teams
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for senior leadership
• Organize and lead internal monthly update meetings

Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field CPA required
• 8 plus years of progressive accounting experience including at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong experience with GAAP consolidations and financial reporting exposure to IFRS a plus
• Must currently sit in an Accounting Manager role with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
• Proven experience working in mid to large scale environments with complex financial systems
• Oracle General Ledger experience required
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables VLOOKUP and familiarity with macros
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to produce high quality reporting and handle ad hoc and complex deliverables
• Strong business acumen with ability to interpret financial statements and apply technical guidance
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only
• Must work onsite four days per week
• Ability to travel 5 to 10 percent as needed

• Highly organized with strong ownership of month end close and reporting accuracy

Contract Details
• Initial 90 day contract with high likelihood of extension
• Potential to convert into a full time manager role at approximately 147500 salary
• Onsite four days per week in Dallas area office
• Exclusive role with one and done onsite interview with internal recruiting Controller and CFO
