Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related curriculum or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Advanced degree may offset experience requirement by two years. 8 years relevant experience to include at least four (4) years experience in the business aviation industry in one or more of the following areas: sales support, legal, engineering, services, flight operations, marketing or completions. Position Purpose: Effectively lead the Account Development team in providing territory development, lead-generation activities, competitive intelligence and CRM sales metrics for the worldwide sales team. Lead the development of account sales strategy through extensive research on industries, companies, individuals and flight department operations. Support the efforts in maintaining account and contact records to ensure data integrity of the enterprise-level, cross functional, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
