Maintenance ManagerPosition Summary A global manufacturing organization is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead site maintenance operations and ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance of production equipment. This role is responsible for driving maintenance strategy, improving asset reliability, and leading a technical team to support overall plant performance. The position works closely with operations and engineering to reduce downtime, optimize processes, and maintain high operational standards. QualificationsExperience
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field preferred
10+ years of maintenance, reliability, or operations experience in a manufacturing environment
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical or multi-craft teams
Experience managing maintenance budgets, planning activities, and contractor resources
Experience with CMMS or ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Solid understanding of maintenance and reliability best practices
Proven ability to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
Financial acumen with experience managing costs and budgets
