IT Support Specialist- NYC ON -SITE
Position Summary
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for end users. This role focuses on troubleshooting issues, supporting devices, and ensuring a smooth technology experience across the organization.

  • Travel to Brooklyn occasionally
  • Support 125 employees/providers
  • Clinical background a must
Responsibilities
  • Set up and support laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including user account setup
  • Provide onsite and remote support to end users
  • Support VPN and remote access issues
  • Track equipment and update tickets in the system
  • Follow security and compliance guidelines
  • Escalate more complex issues as needed
  • White glove treatment

Qualifications

  • Associate???s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of IT support experience IN A CLINICAL SETTING
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Intune or similar is a must along with Endpoint Administrator
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Organized and customer-focused
