    Description

    Job Summary (List Format):

    - Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the Asana PPM implementation project within timeline and budget.
    - Gather and document PMO requirements for the PPM tool, including templates, workflows, resource management, reporting, and governance.
    - Configure Asana (or oversee vendor configuration) to meet PMO specifications, including custom fields, automations, permissions, and reporting.
    - Define and execute data migration plans to transfer active and historical project/portfolio data from legacy systems to Asana.
    - Design and implement integrations between Asana and other business systems (e.g., financial tracking, ticketing, reporting).
    - Develop and execute test plans (configuration testing, UAT) to ensure the solution meets documented requirements.
    - Create and implement rollout/go-live plans, including cutover, communications, and post-launch hypercare support.
    - Develop and deliver training materials and onboarding sessions to promote adoption by the PMO and stakeholders.
    - Maintain a comprehensive project plan/schedule, managing tasks, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
    - Manage a RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to track and mitigate project risks and issues.
    - Collaborate with PMO leadership, IT stakeholders, and end-users to ensure the solution aligns with operational needs.
    - Work with vendors, internal developers, and IT teams to implement required configurations, integrations, and customizations.
    - Oversee project budget and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    - Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to the implementation project.
    - Define and track adoption and success metrics for the tool rollout (e.g., user adoption, data migration completeness, PMO satisfaction).
    - Build consensus, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate effectively across multiple groups and leadership levels.
