Senior IT Business Analyst role open in the St. Louis, MO area to support enterprise IT systems. This includes performing root cause analysis on software production issues, identifying systemic data patterns, and translating business needs into well-defined requirements and work flows.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of Technical Business Analyst experience in an IT environment
- Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
- Experience performing structured root cause analysis with data
- Writing of test cases and acceptance validation (UAT)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholde
Preferred:- Experience with corporate payment systems (ACH, transaction processing, payment workflows, enterprise payment process flows)
- Desire to leverage AI tools for workflow efficiency
