Comagine Health is seeking a Senior Improvement Advisor to serve as a subject matter expert within our Health System Improvement (HSI) division, supporting health care providers, systems, and communities to improve care delivery and outcomes.
Key Requirements
* BA/BS in healthcare, public health, or related field
* Master's degree (MA/MS) preferred
* 5+ years of healthcare experience, including quality improvement
* 3+ years of project management experience
* Experience leading or supporting multi-disciplinary teams
* Strong knowledge of patient safety, population health, or practice transformation
Key Responsibilities
Consultation and Delivery of Technical Assistance
* Collaborate with internal team members and external partners/stakeholders to improve health care delivery systems, processes, and outcomes
* Provide coaching on data collection, interpretation, and utilization to drive performance improvement
Training and Subject Matter Expertise
* Continually develop advanced subject matter expertise in areas such as practice management, patient safety, and population health
* Lead or contribute to the design and implementation of training and quality improvement initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement and Convening
* Conduct recruitment for quality improvement initiatives, including outreach to providers and organizations
* Develop and manage recruitment plans using data to target efforts
* Convene interdisciplinary stakeholders to build consensus and shared goals
