The Sr. HRIS Specialist maintains and optimizes the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee data, compliance, and efficient HR operations.
Supports HR functions through data integrity, reporting, system administration, and process improvements.
Based in LIC, on-site work required.
Key responsibilities include HRIS & system administration, managing employee data and lifecycle transactions, generating reports, ensuring compliance, supporting benefits and payroll tasks, and developing process documentation.
Requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of HRIS experience (e.g., ADP, Workday), strong attention to detail, data analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel.
Salary ranges from $85,000-$90,000 plus comprehensive benefits.
