The Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for business evaluation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic business plans.

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills.

  • Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on business performance.

  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and improve service delivery.

  • Monitor industry trends to inform business strategies and decisions.

  • Support the implementation of new healthcare technologies and systems.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.


Experience/Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or data analysis role

  • Increasing involvement in moderate to complex projects

  • Experience with process flow documentation and design

  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in a healthcare environment

  • Proven experience in healthcare data analysis and reporting.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) in healthcare.

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

  • Experience with data forecasting and pipeline management.

  • Excellent skills in creating reports and presentations for stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams on strategic initiatives.

  • Proficiency in risk identification and mitigation strategies.

  • Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
