Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Business, Accounting, MIS, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of functional experience with Oracle ERP Applications, including Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Financials, with a focus on the Project Costing and Billing cycle (Cloud experience strongly preferred).
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud PPM modules including Project Costing, Project Billing, Revenue Recognition, Budgeting/Forecasting, and Project Management; experience with burden/overhead cost allocation is a plus.
Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud technical tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and basic SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Finance and accounting business process knowledge, including Project-to-Bill and Record-to-Report cycles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in Agile or iterative project environments preferred; ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
