Position Summary
*** is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our Authentication and Authorization team. This role sits within a high-impact security business unit responsible for protecting customer and employee access across digital banking platforms. You will build and enhance systems that power secure identity, access management, and policy enforcement at enterprise scale.

Required Qualifications
3-6 years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Python, or similar backend languages.
Experience building REST APIs and distributed systems in cloud or hybrid infrastructure.
Solid understanding of authentication and authorization concepts (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, MFA).
Familiarity with secure coding standards, encryption basics, and vulnerability remediation.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git).
Desired Qualifications
Experience with identity and access management platforms (e.g., Ping, Okta, ForgeRock, Azure AD).
Exposure to banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of containerized environments (OpenShift) and event-driven architectures.
Experience with observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
