Seeking a Sr. Food Scientist to lead development and support of frozen meals and appetizers within global brands in Marshall, MN.
Responsibilities include managing new product development from benchtop to commercialization, optimizing formulations through lab and plant trials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
Qualifications include a degree in Food Science or related field, 2-5 years of experience, expertise in ingredient functionality and food chemistry, and experience with plant trials and product scale-up. Familiarity with R&D software and ability to travel are preferred.
