The Technical Project Manager plans, organizes, and executes technical projects, providing leadership in product development from concept to commercialization.
They support development projects, operations, and related activities.
Essential duties include developing new products based on sales and marketing input, revising existing formulas for improvements like cost reductions, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
The role involves participating in all stages of scale-up, including plant trials, shelf-life evaluations, and coordinating product data with QC.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field and at least two years of relevant experience.
