Sr. Financial Analyst- Corporate FP&ADepartment FinanceEmployment Type Full TimeLocation US-Arizona-Tempe-Corp HQDescription.Role expectationsOwn the calendar and process for annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts and clearly communicate and effectively manage deadlinesResponsible for owning the monthly financial reporting package for senior management as neededAssist in driving the global finance team to complete business deliverables for forecasting reporting budgeting and other corporate requirementsAssist in preparing the BOD Audit Committee and all C-level financial presentationsResponsible for balance sheet and cash flow forecastingAnalyze corporate spending against forecast and budget and recommend opportunities for savingsCreate tools and templates for Finance team to drive standardize inputs for consolidationAbility to use experience and skillset to improve and automate areas with minimal supervisionSupport the global Finance team with analysis and ad-hoc financial projects where necessaryPublish and manage close and forecast calendar and communication.Effectively partner and communicate across the business organizationMetadata maintenance and SOX control as neededResponsible for internal financial reporting and data accuracyDesign build and test automated financial reports and models using various reporting toolsWhat were looking forEducation Minimum Bachelors degree in finance or business Masters preferred CPAMBA is a plusExperience 6 years of experience as a financial analyst in FP&A role in a public company with annual revenue greater than 2 Billion. Adept at using software such as SAP Power BI Onestream or similar solutions. Strong Excel skills and understanding of accounting equations and financial statementsCommunication Excellent presentation and communication skillsTeamwork Ability to work both independently under tight deadlines and work collaboratively with othersPay TransparencyIf provided base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidates pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.For Field Sales roles the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location year in school degree and experience.
