As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 3 years'' experience in financial analysis with a strong track record of supporting business decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations relevant to the role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with financial systems implementation and process improvement initiatives.
