As a Sr. Financial Analyst here at Honeywell, You will report directly to our Sr. Director Finance you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

You will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial plans, forecasts, and reports that align with our business objectives.

In this role, you will impact the financial planning and analysis efforts that support Honeywell''s strategic goals and contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+plus years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within a corporate environment
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data and generate meaningful insights
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills to support data-driven decision making
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Continuous improvement mindset to always challenge the way things have been done, bring new efficiencies, and evolve processes
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
