As a Sr Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional field service support, ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of our advanced technologies. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will report directly to our Sr Field Service Supervisor and you'll work on-site out of our West Chester, Ohio location as a starting point. After the current project is completed (roughly 9 months), you will transfer to a 90% traveling technician position.

In this role, you will impact the overall performance and reliability of our systems, enhancing our customers'' operations and ensuring their success through your technical skills and customer-focused approach.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or a similar technical role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with technical knowledge and understanding of material handling systems and technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively and independently.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Preventive Maintenance Procedures
  • Experience with diagnostic electrical tools to field service operations.
  • Ability to maintain reports in a timely manner
  • Minimum of 2 years of Mechanical and electrical experience
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows Software
  • Must be willing to travel 90% of the time to regional customer sites
