Join CBRE as a Senior Facilities Manager, where you'll take charge of a dynamic portfolio of office space and manufacturing facilities totaling approximately 3 million square feet. In this role, you will support and oversee operations across sites located in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting one of our clients in the government and defense sector, ensuring their high-security, high-impact manufacturing environments - ensuring operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and excellence across all locations.
This is more than a traditional facilities role - it's an opportunity to drive operational performance, elevate strategic site execution, and deliver exceptional service in environments that demand precision, proactive leadership, and strong stakeholder partnership.
As the Senior Facilities Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations and maintenance across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring asset reliability, safety, and a consistently exceptional client experience. You will also collaborate closely with Property Managers and landlords to ensure seamless coordination and high‑quality service delivery throughout the portfolio.

Massachusetts Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Facilities Manager position is $149,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Facilities Manager position is $152,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
