Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Facets Claims Developer with strong expertise in Facets Claims, PL/SQL, and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will work directly with the client to gather and analyze requirements related to healthcare claims processing, design and develop technical solutions, and coordinate with project managers, product owners, testers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work independently with the client to gather, analyze, and understand claims processing requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions for healthcare claims applications.
• Provide weekly project status updates and progress reports to the client.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server.
• Work extensively with Facets Claims Module and healthcare data models.
• Perform analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Manage source code using version control systems and perform code deployments to higher environments.
• Follow DevOps and CI/CD best practices for application delivery.
• Utilize Visual Studio and other development tools for application development.
• Participate actively in technical discussions, design reviews, and team meetings.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• Experience in Healthcare domain and/or Facets implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Facets Claims Module and Data Models.
• Hands-on development experience with ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server.
• Strong PL/SQL programming skills.
• Experience with analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with code repositories, version control, and release management.
• Good understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio IDE.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
