Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior ERP Operations Analyst - Supply Chain for a hybrid role in Fort Worth, TX to support day-to-day operations within supply chain and logistics. Duties Include:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day supply chain system support across order management, warehouse operations (pick/pack/ship), transportation and logistics, invoice processing, and financial order flows
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical IT teams, translating operational needs into system actions and ensuring smooth execution of daily workflows
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve real-time system-related operational disruptions in a live production ERP environment, including customer order failures, invoice discrepancies, and fulfillment errors
  • Support and maintain EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes, including electronic order intake, customer/vendor EDI messaging, electronic invoicing, and system-to-system data exchange
  • Investigate and triage enhancement requests from business users, coordinating with technical teams to implement solutions that improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure continuity of "business as usual" (BAU) operations by proactively identifying recurring issues, documenting root causes, and driving resolution to minimize downstream impact
  • Partner with warehouse, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure end-to-end order lifecycle integrity - from electronic order placement through fulfillment, invoicing, and financial reconciliation
  • Provide functional ERP guidance to business users, connecting system behavior to real-world operational impact without performing development or technical configuration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting supply chain operations in a high-volume, transaction-heavy environment
  • Functional ERP knowledge - must understand how ERP systems support real business processes across order management, warehousing, invoicing, and logistics.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle Cloud ERP strongly preferred; SAP S/4HANA or other major cloud ERP systems acceptable.
  • Experience working in production IT environments, managing incidents, service requests, releases, and business-impacting issues
  • ServiceNow or equivalent IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
  • EDI experience - practical, real-world exposure to electronic order intake, customer/vendor EDI messaging, electronic invoicing, and system-to-system data exchange.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end operational lifecycle: customer order placement, internal order processing, warehouse fulfillment (pick/pack/ship), electronic invoicing, financial reconciliation
  • Ability to act as a liaison between business and IT, translating operational challenges into technical requirements and communicating system impacts back to business stakeholders
  • Experience working within or supporting organizations with large-scale distribution models (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target-level volume or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
