This role is for a Senior Equipment Engineer to provide critical on-site support for manufacturing operations in a pilot plant. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of various process equipment through troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and data-driven improvements. This position involves partnering with operations and other functions to guide technical decisions and enhance system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for process equipment.
Lead root cause analysis for equipment issues.
Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies.
Manage asset maintenance and history using a CMMS.
Analyze system data to inform decision-making.
Must-Have Skills:
Equipment Troubleshooting & RCA
System Ownership & Reliability Improvement
Cross-Functional Communication
Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is preferred.
