As part of the Community Connect team, you will play a critical role in extending UNC Healths Epic platform to affiliated providers and clinics while helping improve patient care, operational efficiency, and clinician satisfaction.
Summary:
UNC Health is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Epic Ambulatory Certified Analyst to join our Community Connect team. This role will support affiliated clinics and external partners utilizing UNC Healths Epic platform, with a primary focus on ambulatory workflows, provider efficiency, clinical operations, and application optimization. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can work independently, build strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring both remote work and regular travel to Community Connect clinics for onsite support, workflow assessments, optimization efforts, and go-live activities.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Epic Ambulatory Certification in good standing.
Professional Experience Requirements:
If a Bachelors degree: Four (4) years of experience with IT systems and/or related operational experience.
If an Associates degree: Six (6) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience.
If a High School diploma or GED: Eight (8) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Highly responsive to internal customers.
