The Sr. Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and project support working closely with Engineering Integrated Product Teams (IPT), including engineers, program managers, and customers for the technical execution of engineering deliverables.
This position is responsible for providing general administrative and project support by assisting in the day-to-day general operations of the IPTs and scheduling project tasks. Duties include managing corporate travel bookings and expense reporting, client meeting support, monitoring overhead budgets, identifying potential budget shortfalls and overruns, compiling and evaluating data; preparing financial reports. This position will work closely with assigned project team members, program managers, department managers and directors to support the team and the customer
