FMC is searching for talented, self-motivated professionals to work in a free-thinking culture creating the next gen premium entry EVs with the highest autonomous technologies at our Santa Clara, CA facility.Job Description Support Sr. Manager HV battery in the battery development and production process.Support and participate in the mechanical design process.Develop the production process for HV battery entirely.Define the manufacturing facilities for HV Battery production.Coordinate manufacturing facility suppliers and report to Sr. Manager HV Battery.Coordinate communication with vehicle integration.Support synchronization with the manufacturing plant in Nanjing.Support and back the homologation team.Support and participate in the production license approach.Support and back the battery team in Nanjing.Qualifications Experience in automotive, OEM, supplier, or battery manufacturer.Knowledge of battery system design, electrochemistry, MBS, and homologation.Self-organizing, solution-oriented, and communicative.Masters or PhD.Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
