PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Senior DX Systems Specialist - Aftermarket is the go‑to DX systems specialist responsible for DX (Direct Expansion) system performance, troubleshooting, startups, and refrigerant retrofit solutions within the service and aftermarket organization.
This role provides advanced, hands-on DX expertise while serving as a key technical partner to customers, Sales, Engineering, and internal service teams. The position balances field execution, customer-facing technical leadership, and solution development, with a strong focus on strengthening documentation, standards, and guidelines for DX systems across the organization.
