Overview:
Job Description Summary:
Oversees the disability and workers' compensation program for the organization. Acts as a liaison between internal partners and third-party administrator to review records, investigates claims, and assists in the evaluation of current offerings. Serves as the point of contact for injured staff. Partners with multiple lines of business, in order to successfully administer LOA, FMLA programs. Reviews current process flow and makes enhancements as appropriate.
