Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and coordination of manufacturing operations
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and growth initiatives
  • Oversee plant performance including production, quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, OSHA, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage union labor relations and ensure adherence to labor agreements
  • Own full P&L responsibilities including COGS, inventory, and working capital
  • Lead annual budgeting and financial planning processes
  • Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing initiatives and KPI-driven performance
  • Collaborate with corporate functions to align plant objectives with company strategy
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities across operations

Qualifications – Needed
Structure:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 10+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Strong background in food or beverage manufacturing
  • Proven experience leading large-scale production teams and multi-line facilities
  • Strong background in cost control, inventory management, and logistics
  • Experience working in union environments
  • Proven ability to drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with plant cost accounting and operational systems preferred
