Constellation Search Group is looking for a Senior Director, Infrastructure for a full-time direct hire position. The Senior Director will lead the transformation of the company's enterprise technology foundation to create a secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure. This strategic role involves overseeing architecture, implementation, and performance across key platforms, including help desk services, data centers, networks, telecommunications, cloud environments, and DevOps practices. Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Information Officer, this leader will ensure seamless alignment between technology capability and evolving business needs.


Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the company's infrastructure strategy aligned with growth, innovation, and long-term digital transformation goals.
  • Lead modernization initiatives focused on automation, cloud enablement, security, and operational resilience.
  • Inspire and guide internal teams and external partners to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure technology services.
  • Oversee performance and continuous improvement across all infrastructure domains, including help desk, data centers, networks, cloud services, and DevOps.
  • Define and track key performance indicators and service level objectives for infrastructure performance, availability, and incident response.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery to ensure alignment and value.
  • Manage infrastructure budget and collaborate with finance for accurate forecasts.
  • Partner with cybersecurity leaders to safeguard infrastructure and resolve vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards related to availability, data protection, and recovery.
  • Mitigate infrastructure risks through strategic capacity planning and business continuity practices.
  • Build and mentor a high-impact infrastructure team fostering a culture of excellence with innovation.
  • Foster collaboration across architecture, cybersecurity, data, and digital product teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field (required).
  • Master's degree (preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role (required).
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-wide infrastructure across data centers, cloud environments, and network architectures (required).
  • Proven success leading IT operations in fast-paced, distributed, and security-sensitive environments (required).
  • Experience overseeing service desk or end-user support functions with a strong customer focus (required).
  • Experience in M&A integrations with a continuous improvement and optimization mindset (required).
