The Intellectual Property Lead will report to the General Counsel and oversee the global IP strategy, management, and enforcement, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and regulatory exclusivities.
They will lead a team supporting product innovation, litigation, brand protection, and lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with IP laws and aligning IP initiatives with business goals.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing IP strategies for clinical development and commercial activities, managing disputes and external counsel, and supporting IP aspects of partnerships, licensing, and M&A.
The role requires a qualified IP attorney or lawyer with at least 12 years' experience, preferably in life sciences, with strong leadership, litigation management, and strategic skills.
