The Senior Director of Integrated Creative, leads GuideWell's in-house creative organization, overseeing design, copywriting, video production, translations, and print production to deliver high-quality, insight-driven creative across the enterprise. This leader partners closely with the Sr. Director of Brand and Creative to shape and activate enterprise-wide creative strategy, ensuring all creative work reflects the correct brand voice and delivers measurable impact.
This role is responsible for translating enterprise brand and marketing strategies into compelling creative campaigns. Working in partnership with the advertising agency to establish overarching creative platforms, this role then leads the in-house team in the execution of campaign assets across multiple channels. The leader also oversees the development and governance of brand standards, naming systems, and visual identity frameworks for new companies, products, and initiatives.
This role drives the evolution of GuideWell's creative capabilities, expanding video production from internal communications to enterprise-wide external channels, including organic social and the new podcast. They will champion the integration of AI and emerging technologies into creative workflows, elevate creative quality, and foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and elevate the in-house creative organization: oversee a multidisciplinary creative team including design, copywriting, video production, translations, and print production. Set creative direction, ensure high standards of craft, and cultivate a culture of innovations, collaboration, and professional growth.
* Partner on enterprise creative strategy and campaign development: collaborate with Sr. Director of Brand & Creative to define enterprise creative strategy. Partner with the advertising agency to establish creative platforms, then lead the in-house execution of campaign assets across channels.
* Own brand standards, naming, and visual identity systems: lead the development, governance, and evolution of brand guidelines, naming systems, and visual identity frameworks for new companies, products, and enterprise initiatives. Ensure consistency and clarity across all touchpoints.
* Integrate emerging technologies and modern creative workflows: champion the adoption of AI and new creative technologies to improve efficiency, quality, and speed-to-market. Establish modern creative processes, tools, and best practices.
* Expand and modernize enterprise video production capabilities: oversee internal communications video production and scale capabilities to support enterprise-wide external channels, including organic social and the new podcast. Ensure video content aligns with brand strategy and meets evolving audience expectations.
* Integrate and elevate enterprise communications creative needs: lead the consolidation and creative oversight of all enterprise communications assets, ensuring internal messaging, leadership communications, and event production meet the highest standards. Partner with Communications leadership to proactively identify creative needs, streamline workflows, and elevate the quality, consistency, and impact of all communications assets produced across the organization.
Key Requirements:
* 10+ years' related work experience in creative leadership within an in-house creative team, advertising agency, or integrated marketing environment
* 5+ years' direct supervisory/management experience
* Related Bachelor's degree Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field or additional related equivalent work experience
* Proven experience leading a multidisciplinary creative team, including design, copywriting, and production operations
* Demonstrated success translating brand and marketing strategies into creative platforms and campaigns executed across multiple channels
* Experience developing and governing brand standards, naming systems, and visual identity frameworks
* Strong background in video production, including oversight of internal communications content and external-facing video for digital and social channels
* Track record of modernizing creative operations, including integrating automation and emerging technologies into creative workflows
* Experience mentoring and developing creative talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
* Ability to partner effectively with executive leaders across the enterprise to align creative priorities and outputs
* Ability to measure creative effectiveness and apply insights to improve performance
* Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Preferred:
* Experience leading creative transformation within a large, matrixed organization
* Background working closely with brand strategy and external agencies to establish creative platforms
* Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and modernize creative processes

Annualized Salary Range: $136,000 - $221,000
Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $136,000 - $170,000
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
