  • Leads and manages the work in the Source to Pay workstream in close collaboration with the functional leaders of the STP organizations xe2x80x93 Global Sourcing & Procurement, Legal, Accounts Payable. n
  • Leads the development of business process design, system design, and implementation of business processes, ensuring alignment with the original system design for first phase go live. n
  • Be a change champion for the projectxe2x80xaffunctionally and cross functionally. n
  • Help develop and implement processes for enabling the simplificationxe2x80xafandxe2x80xafstandardizationxe2x80xafof practices in line with the SAP first and fit to standard designxe2x80xafphilosophies. n
  • Build partnerships and collaborate withxe2x80xafglobal, functional, and regional teamsxe2x80xafonxe2x80xafoperational, and planning initiatives.xe2x80xaf n
  • Preparexe2x80xafand engagexe2x80xafthe key stakeholdersxe2x80xafon howxe2x80xafERPxe2x80xafcanxe2x80xafenablexe2x80xaffuturexe2x80xafopportunities, including global-end-end process in a shared service environment. n
  • Ensure that as the Global Process Owner for STP that we remain true to the program guiding principles of fitting to standard SAP functionality andxe2x80xafbeing the steward of the STP global businessxe2x80xafprocess.xe2x80xaf n
  • Partner with the Procurement, legal and other leadership teams toxe2x80xafdrive continuous improvement opportunities post go livexe2x80xafas we build out the COE for ERPxe2x80xafi.e. n
  • Coordinates with development/configuration team for development related to workstream xc2xa0 n
  • Manages scope of the workstream(s) n
  • Understands functions and features of ERP module(s) n
  • Manages and confirms the proper integration with other process workstreams n
  • Prepares key issues, provides options for fast decision making by global process owners and steering committee. n
  • Reports issues, risks, and scope questions. n
  • Identifies and works to prepare business case for identified gaps. n
  • Key participant in design work shopxe2x80x99s not only to align on their respective work stream but to work cross functionally to ensure that the end to end of the business process are integrated across all work streams.xc2xa0 n

The salary range for this position is: $216,000 to $297,000. BioMarin considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
