Imperial Dade and BradyPLUS merged in March 2026 to create Imperial Brady, the leading independently owned and operated distributor of janitorial supplies, foodservice packaging, and industrial packaging in North America. Through our network of over 250 distribution centers, we provide customers with everyday essential products from all the top suppliers in the industry. We serve national and local customers across many end markets, including restaurants, retail, education, healthcare, supermarkets, hospitality, and sports & entertainment.
The Sr. Director, FP&A, will report directly to the VP of FP&A and be a key member of the company's financial leadership team. This role will serve as the trusted financial business partner and key liaison to the SVP, Operations, and the broader Operations organization.
The role is expected to drive KPI alignment/achievement and financial/strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for all month-end reporting, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, strategic initiative tracking, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance requirements. You will also be responsible for managing and developing the FP&A Operations finance team.
Full-Time Salary: Up to $235,000 + yearly bonus
