Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
The Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis is a critical leadership role responsible for supporting the National Accounts Group. This position leads the financial planning and forecasting function across National Accounts and Residual Markets, owning end-to-end planning processes while directing a variety of core FP&A activities - including the creation and presentation of financial reports that deliver clear, concise insights to senior leadership. The Senior Director will serve as an influential business partner with many stakeholders, including Home Office and Field Leadership, Actuarial, National Finance Controllership, and BI Shared Finance. This role requires the ability to synthesize complex financial data into executive-ready narratives that connect business performance drivers, progress against strategic objectives, and broader market dynamics - interpreting and communicating analyses in a way that resonates with each intended audience. This role also serves as a catalyst for modernizing the FP&A function, leading initiatives to redesign reporting frameworks, restructure planning environments, and drive continuous automation of month-end workflows. The Senior Director will lead and develop a team of finance professionals, overseeing project deliverables, reporting development, and financial analysis across assigned business areas.
