The Senior Director, Enterprise Delivery & Lean Transformaiton provides executive leadership for enterprise portfolio strategy, governance, and delivery. This role ensures enterprise initiatives are aligned to business priorities, sequenced for value, and executed with rigor in a highly matrixed environment. As a peer partner to C-suite leaders, the Senior Director leads the EPMO as a strategic function that connects investment decisions, delivery performance, and enterprise outcomes. The role shapes an integrated delivery roadmap by aligning strategic priorities with enterprise architecture, existing platform capabilities, emerging technologies, and the selective introduction of new tools and AI-enabled practices. This leader advances digital transformation and operating model modernization by building a more connected, intelligent, and state-of-the-ecosystem approach to portfolio execution, while applying Lean and continuous improvement principles to increase speed, quality, and value realization.

Education, Licensures, & Certifications
Bachelor's degree required in business administration, management, industrial engineering, or a related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Years of Experience (Required & Preferred)
7 to 10 years of experience in project management, business transformation, process improvement, or strategic planning, preferably in a large, complex organization with healthcare experience.
Minimum Experience
Demonstrated expertise in program and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience leading cross-functional teams, working in a matrixed environment, and driving strategic initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, lead discussions, and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences.
Ability to build and sustain effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
Strong collaboration skills and a demonstrated commitment to cross-functional teamwork.
Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, and the Microsoft Suite required.
Strong change management skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of business operations, strategy development, and alignment of functional strategies with enterprise transformation efforts.
Familiarity with Agile project management principles, tools, and approaches.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Pay Transparency
MVP Health Care is committed to providing competitive employee compensation and benefits packages. The base pay range provided for this role reflects our good faith compensation estimate at the time of posting. MVP adheres to pay transparency nondiscrimination principles. Specific employment offers and associated compensation will be extended individually based on several factors, including but not limited to geographic location; relevant experience, education, and training; and the nature of and demand for the role.
