Job Summary

Medline is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies, serving healthcare providers, institutions, and consumers. Our digital and ecommerce platforms are critical to how customers discover, evaluate, purchase, and engage with Medline — and we are investing heavily in building best-in-class digital experiences across B2B and B2C.
We are seeking a senior product leader to define and lead the future of Medline’s digital and ecommerce ecosystem, including Medline.com and a next-generation mobile app. This role will shape the strategy, experiences, and execution that deepen customer relationships and drive meaningful business results.

Job Description

  • Create and maintain product strategies and multi-year roadmaps aligned with customer needs, business priorities, and platform capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, loyalty, and long-term customer lifetime value across B2B and B2C audiences.

Lead Product and UX Excellence

  • Build and lead a high-performing organization across Product Management, Product Strategy, and UX (Research & Design).
  • Establish strong product management and UX practices grounded in customer research, data, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure experiences are intuitive, scalable, accessible, and differentiated in a competitive ecommerce landscape.

Customer Centered Experience Design

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys across healthcare buyers, procurement teams, clinicians, and consumers.
  • Translate complex customer and business needs into clear product requirements, experiences, and prioritization decisions.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset across the organization.

Delivery Leadership (CrossFunctional)

  • Lead cross‑functional squads (Product, Technology, UX, Data/Analytics, Security) to deliver the roadmap on time and within budget.
  • Balance long-term strategic investments with immediate business needs and performance optimization.
  • Drive alignment and decision-making across multiple stakeholders with differing priorities.

Measure Impact and Optimize

  • Define success metrics (KPIs) for ecommerce and digital products, including conversion, engagement, revenue, and customer satisfaction
  • Use data, experimentation, and insights to continuously optimize experiences and guide prioritization
  • Communicate progress, insights, and outcomes clearly to executive leadership.

Risk, Compliance & Vendor Management

  • Oversee risk registers for site stability and core capability health; maintain contingency plans for peak periods and critical releases.
  • Manage key partners and platforms (e.g., commerce, identity, content, CDN/APM at a business level), holding vendors to contractual SLAs tied to our KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to privacy, security, and accessibility standards and regional requirements for global markets.

Leadership & Talent

  • Build and lead a high‑performing organization (managers and leads across site performance, experience operations, and core capability ownership).
  • Set clear objectives, develop talent, and promote a culture of customer‑first, data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement.
